All finished parts have been CNC inlet to Boyds' House Action. Variations may exist from firearm to firearm, minor fitting may be required to get that perfect fit to your firearm.

Natural cosmetic imperfections such as minor knots, burls, heartwood, mineral lines or minor cosmetic fill work are not considered a defect.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:This stock will not work for the WSSM caliber rifles. Pre-1984 actions are based on the Long Action Receiver. These stocks are designed for the Winchester Model 70 Short Action no floorplate model, with standard factory barrel contour. Due to changes made by Winchester to magazine sleeves for short action calibers. Magazine wells that are taller than 1.220 in rear and 1.030 in front will need to be modified to fit Boyds' stocks.
