Has my order shipped?

To check whether or not your order has shipped, first log in to your account if you have not already done so by clicking the “Login” button located in the upper right corner of the website. Then, click “Hello Username” and select “My Account.”

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please contact Boyds Sales Department Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm (CST) at (605) 996-5011 to address concerns about your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be modified. If you are ordering custom options, your stock is one-of-a-kind and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned for credit unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, tracking information is sent to the email address listed on your account. Please contact Boyds Customer Services Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm (CST) at (605) 996-5011 to track your order if you do not have an email address.

My order never arrived.

If you received tracking information and it says it was delivered, please contact UPS and file a lost claim form and UPS will contact us.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact Boyds Customer Services Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm (CST) at (605) 996-5011 to check on the missing item.

My product is missing parts.

First, log in to your account if you have not already done so by clicking the “Login” button located in the upper right corner. Then, click “Hello Username” and select “My Account.” Check to see that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my order arrive?

All Boyds Gunstocks are built to order and should ship in 7-10 business days. Please allow at least 2 weeks before checking your order status. You will receive a shipment confirmation to the email listed on your account when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  Thank you for your patience!

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How do I return my product?

Returns are not accepted without an authorization number.  Returns will not be accepted if they are past 90 days of the invoice date.  Please call 605-996-5011 to receive an RMA number.  Returns MUST be received within 30 days from the date of RMA issue.  RMA form must be filled out in full.  All unauthorized returns will be REFUSED.  RMA # MUST be on the outside of the package.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

Custom stocks can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Please inspect product within 10 days of receipt to insure that you have received the proper stock and that it is free from defects.  Natural cosmetic imperfections such as minor knots, burls, heartwood, mineral lines or minor cosmetic fill work are not considered a defect and will be subject to the 12% restocking fee. Factory seconds are purchased as is and cannot be returned.  If you receive the wrong stock please call customer service. If for any other reason a return is required, a 12% restocking fee will be imposed and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.  Alterations to your stock and/or forend of any kind, unless authorized by our technical department, will void any and all warranty and the return of your part will not be allowed.  Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

PLEASE check fit and function on every aftermarket stock manufactured by Boyds. Safety is our primary concern and although we strive to achieve it, DO NOT assume your new stock will be a perfect fit out of the box. It is always best to confirm hole spacing on your rifle and make sure that this matches our stock. This will help alleviate all mistakes when ordering. Please note that due to the variations among models and changes in the production processes and tolerances that gun manufacturers may or may not routinely adhere to, some minor fitting may be required even on our fully finished drop in parts to achieve that perfect fit.
